They do not value their customers. Im not going or refer their services to anyone else. Took my family in the Cook Islands a month to receive their stuff is just ridiculous. Very expensive for such a poor and pathetic services.

I wouldn't recommend this company, avoid if you can. I used Custom Logistic Services two times for consolidation and freight from China. The first time was ok. The second time my shipment was delayed by two months, the ETA has been moved a few times and I haven't been informed about that. The manager keeps telling me that it will be delivered "tomorrow" or "next week" and it's still not cleared with Customs. As I need these goods for business I had to reorder them a few times with express delivery , paid for it twice and lost time, money and energy.

Avoid, Avoid, .... AVOID!!!! The 1 month freight service from Australia is better described as 3. They never contacted me about my shipment, all communications were all initiated by me. Scott said he would call me back on 3 occasions, never once any call backs. When he finally emailed through the custom documents that I signed and sent back, he never submitted them and they sat in his email for 2 weeks, until I resent the documents to another staff member Tala. In Tala's defense things slightly improved after I made contact with her, but only slightly. Then they wouldn't actually deliver my shipment, they had me pick it up from their "Wellington depo" which is actually a 40min drive from Wellington btw. When I arrived the staff there refused to release my shipment because I didn't have the release documents, I was never provided or instructed to bring. So after more back and forth uncomfortably arguing with them, they eventually printed me one, which I signed and gave back. I feel like this has been some kind of prank and practical joke and look back and laugh now. But I really think service is so poor to the point that they are not treating customers decently or with integrity. 1 Stas is too much Half a star.
