Kmart Papatoetoe

Best KMART in Auckland that i've been to - shelves always stocked and tidy. When I go to a different Kmart store in South Auckland I end up having to do a second trip to Kmart Papatoetoe to get the things I wanted that the other stores didn't have. This store isn't too busy as well which is good compared to other stores where you have to wait in really long lines. Clearance items are normally in the same area of the store too so I can find them easily.

The worst customer care experience ever I had in my life. When I smiled at them as a good morning wish, the front staff didn't smile back and rude at me and looked at me like and told don't talk or do it when I am working. That's I never experienced in my life ever. I am not going to back anymore as we have lots of kmart in papatoetoe/manukau area.

I was able to get some supplies but the ques were long & sekf service system constantly not working properly. But the human supervisors were great.

They are really good at keeping their stock up and shelves tidy , workers are lovely

Went to look for basket ball 4 times and was showing in stock So 4th time decided to see the manager in Papatoe branch. Straight on my face he sorry theres no stock and without making any effort he just said he cant even order. I was very sad that Im trying to get my sons basket ball sorted out and it wasnt going anywhere About 5 minutes after driving back the staff Chandra called me and she said she found one . I was so happy bought one and went to manager again and gave him Fred back that he didnt even bother to help out but kept saying no no no sorry But the staff found one Looks like the manager is fully trained to say no no no sorry Wasnt happy with that al all 5 star rating to Chandra Indian lady who Didnt even go in the break but was looking for product to Sort out for My son
