Cold Jet Staff were very helpful on the phone and quick to respond to emails. Mike went the extra mile to contact me when I missed my pick up (thanks covid brain!) so that we were able to have dry ice for Halloween. I couldn't be more appreciative of their customer service, straight forward ordering and going the extra mile for the customer. Great work!

Awesome. Needed some dry ice to take the dynamat off my vr4 was great price and ready for me next morning when I called late that evening. The lads gave me some great tips about not needed isopropyl alcohol and I did my entire car in just over an hour instead including to clean it. Cant recommend them enough cheers lads.

Cold Jet provided me with superior service and high quality dry ice. Far better customer service than the many other companies I interact with. I needed to be confident that I would receive this important delivery of dry ice and they gave me complete confidence and reduced my stress. And I received the delivery right on time as promised. The ability to track the courier's journey in detail was very reassuring and helpful as I was able to determine when he would arrive. I will continue to use Cold Jet in the future for sure.

Horrible and unprofessional. Would not recommend. I have driven across town from the northshore to the airport to pick up dry ice and I get the rudest service. Since I am not a finance person, I havent been keeping invoices for the orders from them in the past. When I asked for previous invoices they got irritated with me and and when I argued back, they told me to go away and refused to give me dry ice that I have organized my entire week around and will cause delays for me at work. They are disgusting and unprofessional. Should have stuck with BOC for my dry ice.
