I have been dealing with JA Russell since 2006. We have found customer service in Manukau Branch the worst. Today one of my staffs walked out crying, he felt he was being racially discriminated. He was there first, asked for few products but the representative was asking for part number. Other branches help out locating or guiding but in this circumstance he was left waiting while they started serving someone else. The two things he requested for was a extractor timer and IP rated twin switch. I dont know how hard it is for the representatives to guide customers to right sections or help out. Last week , I as a business director walked in looking for this same IP rated switch and the person points out to a outdoor socket. I lost hope and walked out thinking I was wasting my time . I hate going there but have to every now and than when on the run. They need to learn customer service from New Lynn and East Tamaki branch staffs. No customer is small or big and please serve with smile.
