        Great service from this and the Otahuhu branch. Have had several loans over the past 5years and its always a easy, stress-free process :) theyre very understanding if you get stuck for a payment as long as you contact them and explain the situation. will definitely be sticking with them for any more loans in the future. Highly recommend

        Will never get a loan of them ever. Miss one week payment by accident, instead of sending me a letter or even a phone call, they just put you on baycorps without even you knowing. Call them up to explain why didn't you tell me?? All I got was just BS saying I didn't even call them or they been trying to contact me. That there staff is always on top..Well you just lost a customer & your staff is full of BS. I pay of baycorps in one go just the way I would l do for you. Instead you just made my credit look bad in NZ. Thank God Baycorps understand what happen & clear my name from the blacklist. Never go money shop
