Tapan and the crew at F45 Manukau are the best. Super supportive and go out of their way to ensure you maximise your results. Have only been coming for a couple of months now, but very impressed with culture and vibe that everyone contributes to.

I could wite an entire novel about my journey at F45 Manukau - as a member for 16 months, I couldn't rate the Coaches and team members high enough. Credit where credit's due and I owe my continuing journey to where it began, here in this little studio. Coach Tapan, and the 5am team is where it all began. My membership started as a simple weightloss journey - now it's an entire discovery. It once took 5 movements to get off my own couch. Now I can do 5 burpees in less time than it took for "old me" to get out of the driver's seat. We all have our favourite days and workouts. It never gets boring. The trainers and teams are always willing to help you through and push you closer to your goals. Physically: I've definitely lost some weight and gained so much more strength, mobility and fitness. BUT Mentally: I've shed woes and excuses and grown sooo much more, and that is my biggest win to date. Training isn't all burpees and weights, it's fitness and health from the inside out. The saying - Surround yourself with people: Who push you, who challenge you, who make you laugh, who make you better and make you happy. All of that, is all true for me at F45 Manukau (and for the others I also bought into the studio) it's a whole vibe!

Love F45 Manukau! The trainers are amazing - friendly / welcoming / encouraging and push each individual to their limit. They always go the extra mile - and make the classes fun but also challenging. The studio is clean / equipment is pretty much new - and car parking easy. Highly recommend!
