My mother had been discriminated against for asking for a refund by the practise manager on the phone and told it was winz who paid it, basically telling her it tax payers money and they couldn't do more than $20 which wasn't the exact amount she had in arrears, even though my mother explained to her that the money that gets redirected to the doctors is a portion of her benefit, to help pay her doctors, the support of living benefit payment, she was still ignorant to it and basically was gas lighting my mum and sister. Before this even happened we had a meeting with the practise manager and doctor as well another health care worker to be able to get our health issues on track and while that happened, I was feeling very sick and nauseous, so my sister told them that she would get back to them by Friday with an answer from her, my family and I. Not to mention my sister was very sick too and was trying her best to go along to this meeting even though she felt at her worst, which ended up in her getting back to the practise manager the next Tuesday about answer from her and our family, because she was too sick, come to find they pulled out because they thought we weren't going to do it not even giving us a chance to respond even though they know how bad our health issues can be and not to mention they also said that if we couldn't get through the goals to get our health on track that we might as well find another surgery. Started out as if they were very caring but got very biased later on, ignorant and two faced, was told it was okay to even put payments of $5 a week for the appointments to make them affordable by the practise manager yet the same practice manager brought our entire familys bill up in the conversation in the phone call that happened yesterday with our mother and none of us consented to have her talk to our mother about our bills violating our right to privacy of that nor was it relevant to the conversation but rather used in discrimination against our family. They discriminate against people who are with work and income on a benefit and don't like to help if it comes to any winz forms really. Wouldn't recommend.

Shout out to Felicia, their awesome Practice Manager. She went above and beyond to help me out even before I was enrolled. I always believe that the quality of admin is a good reflection of the organisation as a whole. Dr Lira is also wonderful. I will not be going elsewhere.
