        Minus 100 for very basic web pages where you can not find no regulation for people who want to come to travel in NZ and spent money to boost local economy the phone service it's all next level of neglect towards tourism unbelievable waiting for 30 minutes of my precious time to be dropped of the waiting by sistem what a cheap trick disgrace for New Zealand to have that low grade service at all

        I have been waiting more than 2 weeks to get my evisa transfer to my new passport. Have been calling the call center but never get through. What is wrong with this service

        Dropped my paper Subsequent Residency Visa Application off 4 weeks ago. And got my passport back by post and Permanent Residency Visa emailed to me this week!! I was really very worried after reading all the reviews/comments on here. All I can say is to have faith that if you have a straight forward case it will come through! Thank you immigration Nz, excellent service and one happy Permanent Resident! :-)
