I placed an order with Supie and was so disappointed and really nauseated at the end result. I was excited when I received a msg to say my order had been delivered, but upon checking, there was no order!!! Only to be told, the item was out of stock and my money would be refunded within 5-7 working days. They apologised and seemed genuine. Well, WHAT A LOAD OF NONSENSE, because it's been almost a month since I placed the order and I STILL HAVE NOT received my refund!!! Nor an explanation, even though I've emailed several times!!!! What a disgrace!

No customer service. Took money in full, deliveres half of the items and have not been refunded. Emailed, facebooked, instagrammed- nothing. Cant trust this company with refunding for items they did not deliver and were out of stock! Had to go to supermarket to get missing items and would like the money that company took to put back in my bank account as I have had to lurchase items now TWICE! Order number SO-202351250

Just started shopping with Supie and so far so good. Had a few teething probs but customer service sorted them out quick smart. Even stretched to a full membership so committed. I like the business model.
