I wish I had read the reviews before I walked in. It was a nightmare and worst cut ever in the history for below reasons. 1) The hairdresser rushed to finish cutting in 10 minutes without cutting your hair layer by layer, just one cut through, job done! This made me doubt whether she was ever trained to do hairdressing. 2) The fringe is a chaos, no logic at all. I had to trim by myself when home. 3) She could hardly understand English. This is not personal but communication is key in a service business like hairdressing. 4) After cutting, all the hairs are left on your neck when you walked out of the store. 4) The terrible haircut did not equal to the $45 I paid for, at which you could normally get a decent cut from a hairdresser who loves her job. If you cannot do your job properly, please don't get others to pay for it. I shall never come back and certainly don't recommend to anyone. No, thanks.

I got my hair trimmed on 7th January at around 2.30pm. I was attended to by a sri lankan hair dresser and she had ruined my hair. It is not evenly cut. So disappointed with the service. Was charged $40 when it wasn't worth a dollar. Never coming back again!! Waste of money!!!
