        Brought a thick shake straws supplied , were to small. couldnt supply larger straws, did not want to refund it for a normal drink. Service was horrible was told manager was to busy lady at counter was slow and extremely rude

        Great service from the girl that took my order at the drive thru.. I think this is the only Wendy's now in South Auckland and shud never have to close it. Thank u Wendy's Otara as always. Never have to wait in a long line of cars to get food. It's so easy and the food is always hot when I get mine. Don't care about the bad reviews coz everyone has their own experiences but mine is always on point.
