Hospice Shop Manukau

What a warm, friendly wonderful hospice store. I highly recommend this store. Deb the manager was super helpful making this visit a wonderful experience. Deb and her team made us feel at home taking great care of us.The customer service was five star! We left very happy, thankful and truly grateful. Shop is great but the new manager is so rude. The box I have purchased was on a stand and the stand did not say it's for display only so I thought it comes with the box. The woman was screaming loud to her voice at the check out that she does not have to disclose that the stand it's only for display. At my departure I have checked the other stands and they did say (display only) on the tag so I was entitled to have the stand with the box. I let her be showing off that she is the manager with her loud voice and have paid accordingly, however this woman is not in the right position as customer service as she has no clues how to manage a situation. The check out lady kindly whispered to me "I'm sorry". I am going to Hospice shop to do a good will not to argue with a rude manager like her. The stand had no price and no "display only" tag so it was clearly meant to come with the box.

This is a great Hospice store, one of the best anywhere. The shop is beautifully laid out, it has a bridal section upstairs.. Whether dropping off items or buying you can be sure you will feel valued. Staff are very friendly
