        I was greeted by staff member Vicky who was very friendly and helpful. Vicky took the time to assist me with trying to find the right work boots that would be comfortable. She suggested quite a few boots for me to try and was very knowledgeable of the different types. In the end I picked the perfect boots that felt very comfortable all thanks to Vicky. Vicky has excellent customer service and is very approachable. She was able to find the right boots for me in a short amount of time. Thank you Vicky for your assistance, it was lovely meeting you. Vicky displayed the true meaning of going above and beyond for customers. Keep up the excellent service. Kind regards, Very happy customer
