Took them 10 days to haul the vehicle to Auckland from Hamilton.... Unreasonable reasoning and all I could do is waiting and waiting. Customer service has no sense of urgency..

Brought a car online. Looked online at all the companys for transport from South Island to North Island. Found Car Distribution Group to be the cheapest of the lot so went ahead with them. So decided to go with them. Car was noted prior to leaving with them as NO DAMAGED AT ALL prior to leaving the South Island. Car arrived with a DAMAGED front right fog light and they were not willing to hear one bit of it. Told me to go talk to my insurance. I will never be using them again. Might be cheaper than the other companys but beware your car will likely arrived damaged and you have to pay for the damage caused by them. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. BE AWARE! Would definitely be paying little more next time from another company which will at least take more care during transit and be liable for their own damaged.
