Brought a moontide mattress and it took ages to get used to it over 6 months, I find I still have a poor sleep on this mattress and takes forever to get comfortable at night. It has sunk alot where we sleep even though mattress is rotated often and we have tried sleeping on it evenly. Found the split bed base that came with the bed caused the ridge in the middle of the bed to be more pronounced, have since changed to a wooden frame with slated which made the bed slightly better to sleep on. 3 year update, continued trouble getting deep sleep and wake up uncomfortable and in pain, terrible product and cannot recommend to anyone

Bought a new adjustable bed from A H Beard, only had it a few days but wow... so impressed with the quality for the price. Love that the remote is back-lit and also has a torch! Great purchase so far :) also quick delivery and easy to assemble. Cheers

After 6 years, our mattress developed an issue and Riaz from AH Beard arranged for our mattress to be repaired. A loan mattress was supplied and ours was picked up, repaired and returned, in under 2 weeks. We are so happy with the result. Great customer service from Riaz and from AH Beard NZ. Thanks!

I too wish I read these reviews before purchasing $7000 bed. But I am.editing my review asbi am now happy Harvey norman and most of all Ah beard have fixed a mattress that didn't fixing but most of all the base where the issue laid. And I wasn't heard. I now have no hump on mattress and very happy however I did get a phone call saying there was was nothing wrong with base we just hadn't screwed legs in properly. I responded that to enable to have the bases separated the connectors had to be taken off which meant the legs unscrewed, and were put back on only a few threads seriously we are not to blame. He then replied ohhh your a very clever lady. Hmmm if u had if listened the first time this would have been resolved months ago. But for now it's a better sleep. Thankyou for doing right by your warranty but could have been resolved weeks after purchase not months if Harvey Norman s after care was honored.
