        By far the worst customer service I have ever received from any company, ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm absolutely dumbfounded as to how terrible they are. Ignored phone calls and numerous emails. I even spoke with a 'manager' a few days ago and still haven't heard anything from them since then. They seem to be only interested in massive corporate orders. My order is nearly 6 weeks late and I've lost and continue to lose sales because of it with nothing else to tell my customers other than, sorry I don't know how much longer this is going to take. Opal have been a complete hand break on my business and I wouldn't even recommend them to my competitors to give me a strategic advantage. I wanted to support NZ business but if this is how it goes, I'll take my growing business somewhere else. 0/10
