        Very supportive peers and close knit community. Highly recommend the Camaraderie shared by the Oliver South team, they do a lot with what they have. The Gym doesnt have a designated wrestling or Judo coach anymore. but the committed pupils under the then trainers have kept the fundamentals and continue to improve and implement wrestling and judo techniques into the MMA sessions. A lot of the NO-Gi classes have wrestling drills implemented into it as a foundation. Watch this space for up and coming talents as the team looks to nurture South Aucklands future martial arts high-performers. Not to be overly unbiased, resistance training room is outdated and some of the striking gear are miss matched. But nonetheless accommodates for those who dont bring their own gear. The kids classes are well taken care of both in equipment and teachers.
