This is the worst massage I ever received. I paid for the neck, shoulders and head massage. The lady who massaged me applied so much pressure, by pressing her elbows deep and painfully into my back and shoulders. This was not relaxing and forced me to tense my shoulders as it hurt from the pain. I was expecting it to be intense but relaxing and comfortable at the same time. When it came to my head massage, she basically dug her nails into my hair and scratched the life out of my scalp for roughly 10 mins straight. What kind of head massage is that? This was the most uncomfortable experience Ive ever received. It left me with migraine and even sorer back. I would never come and would not recommend this place.

I have gone twice to Fans, and both times they have tried their darndest to upsell me during my massage. I LOVE to get massages, and have had dozens over the years, but never had this kind of strange treatment. I thought the first time was surely a one-off, but next time it was the same. Needless to say, there won't be a third time. Massage itself - both times - was fine, but nothing extraordinary.
