Awful service, not professional at all. Texted me the night before move saying that they will have to delay by 2 hours and then on the day, called me at the scheduled (now late) time to tell me they would be another hour late. After more than an hour had elapsed, they called me again to tell me they were going to be delayed by another hour. Once they finally moved my things, they had left a large chip in my 65 inch tv, which they refused to provide compensation for and which I had asked to place a blanket over for protection and told "no need, we have everything in the truck to protect it". Stuck with a broken tv and a whole day wasted sitting in an empty house waiting for their arrival.

The worst movers we have ever experianced, the two gentlemen had no idea how to pack furniture and were extremely careless with our belongings with over 20 areas of damage - with numerous paint chips, scratches. Wanted payment immediately by bank transfer, would not accept any responsibility for the damage and hid behind their disclaimer that they were not responsible for any "minor" damage as stated in their invoice. Be extremely wary of this company !!!!

Bad communication and came with a smaller truck and made us pay another fee for a bigger truck. Would not recommend

The guys who helped us move today were amazing. They took care of all our furniture, including our piano, and carefully wrapped them in the truck. Would certainly recommend them!
