I was looking to purchase a handbag today. I went into the Manukau store and there were three girls behind the counter. ALL three of them were on there mobile phones. I had to approach the counter and say excuse me to get some service. Reluctantly one of the three girls looked up from their mobile phone. I asked if there were any 'three compartment' handbags. The girl looked at me rather confused and had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain and show her what I meant. She started looking randomly around at any handbags that were on the shelves and racks - she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING customer service an ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGEMENT with ALL three salespeople on their mobile phone and not interested in their customers at all.

I bought online & asked for pickup from my local branch. I checked that manukau, botany & sylvia park all had stock first. One day later I received an email saying no stock. Ok no problem, other close branches had stock But they didn't. So now I'm about to travel, no suitcase & no one can confirm when I can expect to get the suitcase that is now coming from Albany. What sort of stock system doesn't reserve what's been purchased. Your staff must get tired of dealing with similar queries. At the very least provide a better customer service by keeping your customers updated.

The customer service is not good . The staff was too rude and don't bother about the customers.
