Applying for relocation grant and have been mucked around !! Been told somr1 will ring me its been almost 4 days since any1 has mad contact I'm constantly trying to get on the phone with some 1!!

Since being full time Carer for my parents I've never went into this office so many times to get information. Last year May I stayed home to look after my parents, I would walk into this office at least twice a week. First time walking in I was greeted with an attitude, I was shocked with the tone of voice, the eye movements, the eyebrow lifts, the many sighs it just decreased my confident and hope knowing that I was going to walk out with no help at all which I did all they gave me was "you're not eligible" or "sorry your not entitled for it" that's all I got everytime I walked in, the securities were more friendly then the people behind the desks. I understand that they face alot of people throughout the year with attitudes, being aggressive, take advantage of the system but please please understand not all people are like that, get to know people before judging them, anyways you shouldn't be presenting yourselves like that at all, please stay professional. If you can't help or if I'm not eligible/entitled I would like to be told nicely rather with eye movement, eyebrow raise and a smirk on your faces. Please Otara WINZ at least make us feel welcome rather judged. Thank you

Waited an hour just to get told something I could have been told over the phone. I had an appointment for 2.00PM and was seen almost an hour later. The lady I had an appointment with didnt apologise or even regard the time and was not helpful at all!
