Wiri Family Doctors

I was not satisfied with the service. Dr. Wong, one of the doctors, was fine, but the reception reception staff was incredibly rude and impatient with the patients. They spoke loudly and unprofessionally, and made me feel like my requests were unreasonable. In addition, they even went as far as to say that their nurses were lazy. I found this behavior to be completely unhelpful and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect, and I did not receive that at this GP's office. The front desk staff's behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend this GP to anyone. I hope that they can improve their customer service and show more compassion towards their patients in the future.

Asked for phone call consultation, promised to call back at 10am but didnt see anyone call me then at 11am got a call back for few seconds without hearing anything then hung up then i called back Dr Yoga has put note as " patient no longer needed phone consultation" . Then Dr Wong called me for a phone consultation , he was nice but i told him that amocixillin does not work on me, he said okay he would change to another type of antibiotics but when i collected the prescription , it was amocixillin at 7pm already too late and closed . Causing me agonising pain strep throat feverish and chills ... i am gonna change family doctor

They are still doing phone appointments and charging full fees for 5mins phone call. Really disappointed
