        Trying to get a hold of IRD is a joke! Happy to take my money, but when calling to clarify items, dont want a bar of it. Go through 300 questions just to be told they cannot answer the phone. They could at least put me on hold. Sent a message through MY IR and have yet to hear back. Poor
