Poor service using my bp me to fuel my car when the lady behind the counter interrupted my transaction by opening the pump this is the second time this lady had done this and she has been told not too! She just lucky I could cover the extra cost of my fuel I didnt intend to put that much fuel in. What if I couldnt pay the extra cost. The pumps are meant to be prepay for this very reason! I told her to her face I was not happy that I will be placing a bad review listen to your customers for heavens sake this is the second time the same lady done this do it again and I wont pay the extra fuel leave people to use their bp me apps Im just really angry! Managers please train your staff and actually make sure they are doing their jobs effectively!

Awesome place friendly staff everytime i visit. I just wish they put 98 back on the pumps for my v8 car, but im not worry about it i have other cars that dont required 98 fuel.
