Really bad customer services. I went to sent money for my in-laws to India. The guy was just sitting on his chair and talking on the phone he didnt even bother to say hallo or offer a help as it was my first time. I waited 3minutes for him to have some manners and greet me, then I realised he dont bother so I disturb his phone call and the first word he said do you have a ID WDH. Worst worst worst No manners

Disgusting service ever. I waited for so long while the staff was having a good yarn with his two friends and i was the only one waiting in line. When i got up to leave he said 1 minute, i refused to wait as i was in a rush to send money before 5 and it was 4:30pm, i litterally drove all the way to Otahuhu Western Unionion. Most fustrating wait ever.
