        Disappointed the fault wasnt covered under warranty. The service and repair $580 odd was expensive. The Ute and my CX 40 purchased new from South Auckland. Expected better.

        Poor experience / communication. It took about 5 phone calls and about 3 visits to get sorted. Was told on 2 occasions I would be called back after checking with the parts department. 2 days later still no phone call etc hence why I had to ring atleast 5 different times.
