15/04/23 Went in with my daughter for Acrylic nails and a set of gel. I got the owners sister she was a really go chat had lots of laughs I was unsure of what colour I wanted or shape and style. She gave me advice on what would suit my fingers and skin tone and with that I walked out with a beautiful set. Too bad we from Nelson otherwise would be back in a heart beat. Professional nails across Countdown- The lady I had was not great with instructions, went for nail polish treatment. She was very rushed and I felt not welcomed. Never told me how long to wait for nails to dry. I was was on a tight schedule as I need to be somewhere. Nails ended up damaged. Tried to explain to the lady she got offensive. Poor service never returning there again.She used the same towel that she used to cut my nails and clear my cuticles to dry my feet. Spa pedicure water was cold and no soap in water. I'm sorry but customer service in that place is not the greatest. I will not be returning to do my nails there again. Service: Nail painting

I came here wanting something very simple, just painted nails and toes. The lady that did my nails seemed like she was in a rush even though there was only 2 customers there she did my nails really fast and now they are lumpy and you can still see my nail colour through the paint - maybe ask for an extra coat of paint. Also watched her cut the skin on my nails with a tool - after finishing put the lid back on and put it back in its place.. without cleaning it obviously not cleaning it before or after.
