        Just spoke with the most rude and annoying person over the phone about booking a vehicle in . Cant be many people with an American accent working their. Needs to work on her customer service a bit more of go back to the states

        One of the worst places for after sale service. I hardly write any reviews but this is the second year after buying a new car and there are issues when we leave it for servicing. I think you guys should review this internally as you wont be able to retain your existing customer.

        I went for Service in Sep 22 and my rego had already expired in Jun 22 and they didn't advice me or offered to get it renewed. It was such an easy upsell.
