Wonderful private hospital and home for the elderly. Family owned for over 25 years. You walk in the door and people are smiling, laughing, friendly and welcoming. Excellent medical and social needs care. Staff have worked here for many years. It feels like a family home, not sterile like many others. Personalised attention for your loved ones. Auckland's best kept secret in this small, private hospital and home for the elderly!

Nurses are lovely. Sadly they don't really answer their phones when you call them. But then you arrive onsite nurses are sitting together having their cuppa. Be nice if they answer their phones. Spoke to my mum, appreciate the ones taking the elders washing to clean etc, but when the clothes come back there's a few clothes missing! Not once but twice but a few times. Please don't do that. It's all they have.
