Coming to see the doctor for my son after 1 hour waiting no one call even people coming after us also attend and gone then go and see the receptionist then she said soon the nurse will call you worst experience ever . Waiting for 2 hours to see the nurse

This is the worst doctors to be at as you are always waiting 3 to 4hours just to see a doctor for 5mins or less. Today was the worst day to go, as me and my husband watched an island man get told that he cannot see the doctor unless it's an emergency. All the man wanted was to see a doctor for his test results as he's on dialysis and so he needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. The receptionist was rude and said that he can't coz they are not seeing anyone else except emergency patients. The comment the man made was "well thank you but I will never come back to this doctors again coz this has been my doctor's for years and I have been loyal but if you don't want me to see the doctor I will find somewhere else". The look on the receptions face was like she didn't care. You have spiraled downwards Local Doctors Dawson Rd. This is not how to treat ur patients. This made me and my husband leave coz we were angry at what we saw.

Where to start, doctor could not answer basic questions. Nurse walking around pretending to wash her hands every few minutes to appear busy. Receptionist staff have no clue what's happening and can't understand basic english. Have never come across such incompetence through entire staff. On top of this, I've avoided Covid all this time. Sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours for son to get cast looked at(literally 1 min check).Booom, I now have Covid. No masks being worn, filtration system is rubbish, place smells and is stuffy. This is like some 3rd world doctors clinic. Wait times are RIDICULOUS. instead of having staff walking around chatting, put them to work. That's what they are paid for. This place needs a major overhaul, staff and building. New management is a MUST!! The shocking ratings this place has is absolutely true. UTTER RUBBISH!! Do yourself a favour and don't go there.
