        My self and children came into Torpedo7 this morning . Were looking at the bikes, worst customer service ever not even a hello are you okay? can I help you? from 3of the girls they were too busy giggling behind the counter, And stared at us when we left. We ended up going to 99 bikes and brought 2 bikes from there and had fantastic service.

        Useless staff and useless service. I ordered something from china at the same time and I got it with in 2 weeks and I m still waiting for TORPEDO 7 order to arrive from Hamilton.

        Terrible service from torpedo 7. I ordered something in store to get it delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Its nearly three weeks and I m still waiting for my order. No genuine reply given when asked about the order.

        Honestly the store manager was horrible. He clearly did not know what to do and his staff clearly arent trained properly. Horrible customer service. Not helpful. He treated me as if I was stupid. Bad place. Dont go there. Go to any other torpedo 7 but manukau outlet.
