I used this company to reroute a water main after it was discovered that there was a slow leak on my property in an inaccessible place. They sent out an estimator who gave us a full run down on what they would need to do. During the work they couldn't find the old water main point that they were going to connect up the new line. I gave them the name of the leak detection company i used to find it and they organised the rest. Turns out the line was slightly off from the leak detectors marks and nearly twice the depth of the standard 600mm deep. This was no issue for them, it just meant the job took a bit longer than expected. Unfortunately after a few days of the work being finished i noticed a puddle where they had dug the connection point, the leak was that bad that i had to turn the water off at the meter. I rang them and they sent someone out immediately to sort the problem in which i was super grateful of and he fixed it in a professional manner. Awesome company to deal with and the communication was very good.
