Had an appointment for 3:15pm slot. Arrived 15 mins early. The receptionist was very welcoming completed the required forms. What followed next was in my view a poor service delivery. How many times would you expect a professional phlebotomist to inject a contrast needle into your arm. At worst I'm thinking 3 times, we'll try 7 times 2 of which was using the ultrasound scan. I did say at the start don't go in by my elbow as I have had many blood tests in the past, these viens are no longer viable. After inserting the needle on the 7th attempt, they took me through to the CT scan ing room Almost over I thought, on the bed requested to raise my arms, feeling confident almost over until I heard a whisper...I think it's this button you need to push OMG I did not feel safe, but I kept thinking soon I will out of here. After the scan feeling relieved they asked me to wait for 20 mins before I leave and someone will tell me when to go. I walked to the reception, everyone had packed up and had gone home. So this was at 4:40pm, after spending over hour, I walked to my car with my friend and waited. Then went home. In conclusion in my view do you have any Safe and Healthy procedures in place and a level of competence in your staff procurement. I'm wondering if you recorded truthfully my experiences. Worst customer service from ultrasound team they don't know how to do their job Been calling them more than 10 times per day checking my referral I got voucher but same as the referral but they don't know the process wasting my time calling my GP more than 10 timed back n forth call them back that Unprofessional staff kept disconnecting my calls bad bad bad service

A few days ago I had a spinal steroid injection which I wasn't really looking forward to. The staff were brilliant and explained exactly what would happen and the actual procedure was no problem. No pain whatsoever. Everyone there is very caring and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend SRG Manukau.

Warm,welcoming, patient and informative A+++ Team. Dr Richard Gee, sonographer Christine and the lovely receptionist all made my experience very comfortable as they gently guided me every step of the way. Thank you for your heart of service. You are truly a valuable asset to SRG!
