This is the 2nd property that Apu Tau at Ray White has sold for us. His kindness and compassion with the tenants in our 1st property is what prompted me to contact him to sell this 2nd one. He has been amazing with my tenants again and also has been very caring and considerate to the sad circumstances that have prompted us to sell this property. We were in the middle of losing our property to a mortgagee sale, and after discussion with family and friends, we were referred to Charlie Brothers to figure out the best way to market and sell our home. Charlie came in, and asked us in detail about our situation, and he could see that we were very distressed and wanted to see what we could do to keep our home.
