Worse, worse rental experience in 16yrs of renting property.

We had such a wonderful experience renting a townhouse on Parson Lane in Papatoetoe! The 2 bed, 1 bath, 2-story townhouse was perfect for our needs, and we were thrilled to find that it came fully furnished with high-quality appliances. We loved it so much that we ended up buying the same appliances when we moved into our new home. Thanks to our property manager for providing such a great rental experience! I highly recommend my property manager, Joe Angus for his outstanding service and exceptional professionalism. From the moment I signed the lease, he have been responsive, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that my tenancy is comfortable and hassle-free. He always respond promptly to my inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person. He are also proactive in addressing any issues that arise, and he work tirelessly to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

I'd suggest all investors to google "Du Val FMA". You'll find some very interested read. The FMA warnings given to Du Val Group 100% reflect my own experience with Du Val Group when approaching them as a potential investor. If you did respect the FMA rules, you wouldn't have received a warning. From my first-hand experience with Du Val as a potential investor, I've found your sales techniques to be seriously questionable. Right from the first meeting, the manager was acting like we were friends and telling me how good it will be for me to be part of the Du Val family, blablabla. If the property market does well, investors will be happy but if it doesn't, they will realise how poorly secured their investment truly is despite what the sale agents make them believe. The first creditors are the banks. The private investors will get the crumbs at best. Again, it's not a surprised the FMA gave you a warning.
