Placed the order on 27 october 2022 and called them to follow up and got a reply the order is ready to be picked up but when went to pick up they are not able to locate the order this happened 4 times and every time same story.
I have got the work order cancelled from client and also paid for four visits to the installers.
But not even a single time the store staff says thats their fault they said its normal.
Moreover they said if its a big trade account they would have treated this order differently I was shocked and thought that customer is customer but they only accomodate big customers ....
I ask them how would they compensate but they totally denied....
Very much unprofessional and not honest and loyal to customers...
Not recomended at all......
