If I could give zero stars I would. Being a technician in one of Aucklands largest dealerships, the service is non existent. Calling multiple reps with regards to tools. Either never show up or never answer my calls/texts. I have never needed to beg a sales rep to sell me something like I have with Sulco. I regret buying all my Milwaukee tools because the warranty process is soo painful. The rep never shows up to pick up the tools and when you get the tool back after a repair it is exactly the same. I should of gone with snap on tools instead. Do not even bother calling customer support as no one there knows how to do their job either.

On January 19 I placed my order for a tool kit and paid for it. The seller who used to come through Upper Hutt told me that they would be there in a week and that they were in stock in Auckland. They haven't arrived yet. Every time I write to him, he tells me that they are in a container. The truth is that this is causing me problems since I use the tools to work every day. I hope there a retribution for this great inconvenience that I am having. I regret trusting this company.

Have dealt with Sulco for 30 plus years. Recent times worst service ever. No correspondence from anyone in regards to repairs or even quotes for new equipment. Machines fail within hours of them servicing it and no recall from them. Seems like any kind of customer service or care is out the window. It's a pity as their products are great. Owned now by a nig USA corporation so no care given now. Just take the money and run. Lost me as a client for life.

Pathetic service have been asking them to come collect a Milwaukee soldering iron for almost a year that has failed under warranty. The rep initially gave me covid excuses, then new rep told me I have to deal direct with Milwaukee, I called Milwaukee and they sent me straight back to Sulco saying they need to organize the return. The Sulco rep just wanted to argue that he knew Milwaukee's processes better than them but eventually agreed to come collect. Have called head office since and asked they follow up on it but still nothing.
