The experience with Toyota was Great . I recently bought Toyota Fortuner from Toyota. Sales rep. Ken was excellent with the job . He was very nice and knowledgeable about Car I was buying. He was very helpful throughout the process .

I never do this, but the fact that Im taking the time out of my day just to leave this review should tell you how important this is. So this is my first car from Toyota and I should be more excited about the car itself but this salesperson that I met on Saturday the 29/04 has been the nicest most sweetest person Ive ever met. And I just wanted to come on here and show my appreciation for his dedication and enthusiasm for what he does. Mind you it was one hell of a busy Saturday at Toyota and we had to wait for quite a while but what made this experience so much better was that he kept on coming back to check in on us and to keep us posted on the process and if we wanted to have coffee while we wait all while juggling between other customers. I am so overwhelmed by his passion for work and his willingness to go above and beyond for all his customers. His name is Dougal and not to be bias but if I ever go back to Toyota Manukau, Im only buying from Dougal LOL! I really hope he is recognised for his hard work and dedication, Toyota is really lucky to have him :)
