This is my first online negative comment. This is just from my own experience; your circumstances might be different. I received a letter confirming my enrolment in the level 4 class and with TTAF coverage. However, after 3 days study, I was instructed to do several assements as I did not have much welding experience. I was aware that a process might have been missing. However, there were undoubtedly some otherinexperienced students too. When I asked them to assist me in moving down to level 3 class, they told me that I must wait three months and pay $4000 on my own. They may simply be carrying out their job duties, but does anyone have any compassion for me? Nobody apologised or offered to help. Wasted time and passion. Sad
