Terrible service, it is our biggest regret to have bought a Mercedes sprinter From Keith Andrews Wiri, firstly, we were not given full information on our purchase, given an incorrect pricing on the service performed on our vehicle, then we booked in to get the brake pads changed for our vehicle, so we tried to book in a loan car, we were never told that there is going to be a fee to book in the loan car, which is absolutely terrible. They just provided with a very small car in return for our big work vehicle, LDV service is way better as they provide a big van in exchange for the van when we give it in for a service, Customer Service is absolutely terrible every time they take their number. I hardly get a call back from them. I usually have to call-in myself to re-check after waiting for ages for a call back. Would not recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from here because all this company cares about is just selling vehicles. They dont really care about Customer Service or making sure that customers are satisfied And educated about their purchase. Do better Keith Andrews!
