        Im sure its a fab uni. Just the person who works at the desk at MB student hub needs to be more approachable and warm. Found her very cold. I think either she needs to work on her ability to present herself in a manner where she is approachable and professional or simply replace her. Imagine you are new to campus and she is the first contact and represents AUT South Campus! went out the building and had to call Student hub to ask my questions with them. A woman named Luca was a lot more professional over the phone and answered all my questions! Made me feel a lot more welcomed and at ease.
