You guys don't deserve a star at all. Worst people to deal with, they good just till you purchase the vehicle once it's you own it then all the promises they said they will do goes down the drain they lie after lies after lies my car went to get the stuff done on it and all they did was a pulshit job they just used the same parts. Very dodgy people don't trust them im stuck with a car that I'm using more money of my own to fix.

Why have a phone line if you can't even get a hold of you even the person who's doing my application can't even ring their phone Communication is appalling can reply back on here but not to a phone call !!!!

This company is ridiculous i have been waiting almost three weeks for my refund everytime i call its always a different reason why my refund hasnt been processed i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone

They take your money...and then when they they have to refund it, they give every excuse as to why accounts haven't processed. Inah is the RUDEST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES PERSON EVER.. After finding out the commerce commission is investigating them, im assuming I'll never get my money back

Service is very poor and when needing assistance for your car they are never available when you call and I MEAN NEVER AVAILABLE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EVEN TEXT THEM AND NO REPLY. I COULDN'T FIND A AFFORDABLE TOWING COMPANY TO TOW MY CAR THERE AND I TRIED CALLING JASMINE TO LET HER KNOW AND NO REPLY IM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT THEM NOW AND NOTHING I PAY OVER $18+ FOR MECHANICAL INSURANCE AND NOTHING.
