3 weeks ago I bought my old rotating vaccum cleaner head in as it had stopped rotating. The brushes were still picking up the pet fur but were stuck around the brushes . The staff said I needed a new vacc head. I paid $89 for a new one . Using it twice it literally wasn't rotating nor picking up any fur . I went back but you are closed. I have been to two other stores and both have said its not the brush head, but the vaccum cleaner itself. So i paid 89$ for nothing. Not happy.

As soon as we arrived we were approached by Kapil, excellent customer service and detailed explained every aspect of the products we were interested in. We now have a great vacuum and mop. Very helpful and attentive person. Thanks Kapil.

Poor service. I bought a vaccum and there was a lock defect , I saw and went to the outlet just after one use. They refused to fix and were doubtful whether it would be fixed or not.Instead of solving this matter they blamed me that I might have used in a wrong way. They said there is no defect from manufacturing method. But how is it possible that there could not be any manufacturing defect , it can happen anytime. Don't buy products from them, if you guys buy just check there on the spot.
