Shosha Papatoetoe - Specialist Vape Shop & Hookah

Bought a vape from here less than two months ago which while in my pocket overheated badly and Botton completely stuck in. I understand how this may be look like a damage by customer but the vape should still turn on and work. This is the 4th vape I purchased from here and none lasted more than 3 months at the most but I never keep my receipts. I ensured to keep all packaging and receipts this time but the workers both refused to send it for atleast a check to the technician at all and told me Im wasting their time? After stating only a technician can decide if its worth a replacement, and stating that hes not a technician, he proceeded to give me a decision that he will not send it to them? The battery doesnt turn at all and as per my warranty its the least they couldve done. Save your money, better products are around and if you have to go shosha then I highly recommend any other branch but here. Full of rudeness and ignorance. Have posted a video on social media and already getting told Im not the only one whos been through this
