I bought a Mazda Demio from Turners. I stepped into the yard and was greeted by Mike. Mike is such a lovely cheerful man that answered all my questions and found out all the answers he didn't know. He never once rushed me in making my decision. He took his time and allowed me to think and make the phone calls I needed. After agreeing to put a deposit down on the car pending inspection, I then met Trevor, a lovely man who was straight talking and helped me get a really great deal. I was then brought into the business manager Konstantin who assisted with the paperwork and was also very helpful. A few days later, after the team fixed some of the very minor issues found at the inspection, I got a call from Dan that I could collect my car. I drove away with my beautiful Demio that was detailed to the highest standard - it looked incredible! I later noticed that the inside light wasn't working. I called and Dan didn't hesitate to tell me to come in and they would fix it and they did! I am so happy with my experience at Turners! I was listened to, they were honest with me and all the staff were so kind and didn't hesitate to help in any way - even by offering coffee!! Hoping to have my car for a long time but I wouldn't hesitate to put my trust in them again!!
