JJ Richards & Sons - Auckland

JJ Richards is just a 'WASTE'! This is without a doubt the worst waste management company in the Southern hemisphere! I was gobsmacked when they charged me $58 for overdue invoice (administration fee), no even my credit card GEM VISA charges me such amount! I contacted them and their call centre staff couldn't handle an upset and disappointed customer and they just hang up on me. Next day got an email saying my account has been closed and the bin will be collected. DON'T TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF CLOWNS LIKE OUR COUNTRY (Labour)! Service: Junk removal

Twice rang and booked for rubbish pick up from shop and nobody came. Im very angry and upset that I have to drag the big heavy bin out to the front for them to pick up, leave the gate locks unlocked and nobody turns up. What nonsense and such a pain and headache to do this twice in a rowit happened a few times in the past but looks like these drivers not bothered about others effort and time. Have been with them for almost 19years.they gone slack as.!!! May be time to change company!!!??? Do something about this you morons Service: Trash removal & disposal

No explanation.. 10 years with JJ. I think this year maybe the time to break up. The bin not collecting no reason,no picture, no evidence , the bin not damage so all you can do tell me to book another day and xtra payments sound so easy for you isnt it. Sorry, to say that. You not even deserve 1
