Christies Watchstation Manukau

I recently had an exceptional experience at this store and I just have to share it! I was looking for a special birthday gift for my friend, and had my heart set on a particular watch that I found online. However, when I went to the store, I was disappointed to find out that the watch was not in stock. But the store assistant, Avina, went out of her way to help me find the perfect watch. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and recommended a similar watch that was even better than the one I had originally wanted! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I appreciated her honest opinion. It was the perfect gift and it wouldn't have been possible without Avina's exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store and especially Avina for her expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy. Thank you again, Avina!

Very helpful and great service from both Jacob and Bolly , needed my new watch re-adjusted 5 times, which they were both perfectly happy to make sure the watch fitted nicely. Extremely happy with the product as well, been looking for a watch since mid 2022 and decided on this watch nearly immediately after noticing it.

Maybe you should consider updating your opening hours to say you now close at 5:15pm instead of 5:30pm instead of clearly making up a time to get people out of the shop?

Lied and told me they close at 5:15pm when I got there at 5:18pm. Lost a sale.
