Millers/ Autograph / and other brands, I realised have a collaboration if you shop online from them. I tried their service 3 times and each time no one in their customer service department knew where the order was and how can I track it and if it was shipped or not. By the way they are very responsive on emails and do not shy away from saying a million apologies without having a solution with them. I must say that you guys have no shame in having offered me a humiliating Free delivery coupon on the next purchase. I do not know what more to say. I am no longer hoping to receive my order and my money back. I am never coming back to you guys ever!

Very misleading on refunds They putting racks outside the store entrance with no refund sign policy on it 73year old bought stuff from that racking and it wasnt proper size. Comes next day to return and store closed. Than came on the following day and told ohh we have a no refund policy on those items Manager Victoria hopeless. Not in store, very much inexperienced, below the line, needs training big time. Its ok if you dont want to have refund policy but you need to display a signage at that point and place Computer no working and they doing pen and paper receipts with NO terms and conditions on it Thats from hunters plaza store Totally rubbish

Dont buy online with this company, they send a fake tracking number, dont deliver your good, dont answer the phone, use covid as an excuse and the muppets still have the nerve to keep selling online. Big rip off.
