        Can't believe I did my 100th class this week. I was never a gym person, but i had posture problems because of my job i.e working from home, but after joining welll trained, my health is much much better now. 5 out 5 stars to the trainers especially Lou , Gamo and Cynthia. Hats off to you guys

        The best of the best when it comes to hot Pilates and yoga.. Great variety of classes for all abilities and always the most positive, uplifting and knowledgeable instructors. The room is big and spacious with awesome lighting and the best scents going. Just perfection! :)
