When it came to resolving this issue / getting a refund - the manager took a long time to respond to my phone calls and texts - But I did receive a full refund in the end. So I am thankful for that.
However I do believe that the accommodation is well below par, even no wi-fi and only 1 tv channel - which is all highly unusual. I would not recommend staying here at present.
